We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our casual event retail team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy delivering excellent customer service, and want flexible work around exciting live events, we’d love to hear from you.

The Venue

Olympia Events is one of London’s leading live event venues, hosting world-class exhibitions, entertainment, conferences, and cultural experiences throughout the year. We are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a welcoming, energetic environment for both visitors and staff.

As part of our casual retail team, you’ll help create exceptional experiences for visitors attending exhibitions, conferences, concerts, and live entertainment events at one of London’s most iconic venues.

The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our event retail team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy delivering excellent customer service, and want flexible work around exciting live events, we’d love to hear from you.

The Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and energetic attitude
  • Operate tills and payment systems accurately
  • Replenish stock and maintain retail displays
  • Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained
  • Follow health & safety, food hygiene, and company procedures
  • Assist in stock control and waste reduction initiatives
  • Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth event operations

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail, hospitality, catering, or customer service experience is desirable
  • Confident communicating with customers in busy environments
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Please note: this is a casual role, and hours will vary depending on event schedules.
