Lancaster University is seeking 2 Cafe Bar Managers to oversee the Deli and Fuel cafe at the heart of campus.
You must have prior experience of operating a food and beverage outlet, managing a team and being a champion of food safety.
We are looking for someone to bring new ideas to campus, to excel in innovation and bring their team with them on the journey. Experience of financial responsibility is a must with someone able to understand P&L accounts, analyse trends and make decisions which contribute to the overall profitability of their unit.
