Job Title
Responsible for providing excellent customer service in the WHSmith café environment by preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold beverages, food items, and maintaining a welcoming café atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Operate the till system, process payments, and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Prepare and serve food items while following food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café area, equipment, counters, and seating areas.
- Follow health and safety procedures, including allergen awareness and food hygiene practices.
- Restock supplies and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver a positive customer experience.
