You'll provide exceptional services and as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards.

What being a barista is all about....
- Interact with customers to understand their favourite food and beverage preferences so they get the best experience on every visit.
- Deliver 'best in town' standards through presentation standards and availability.
- Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services to the customers.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations.
- Working as part of a winning team, pulling together with other members in the team to adapt to what can be a changing fast-paced environment.
