Job Description
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffees and beverages while delivering outstanding customer service. You will help create a welcoming café environment and support the team with daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving coffees, teas, and cold drinks to company standards
- Using espresso machines and other café equipment confidently
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Taking customer orders and handling payments accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Replenishing stock and assisting with café opening and closing duties
- Supporting team members during busy periods

Requirements
- Previous barista or coffee-making experience preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, reliable, and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
