TSYS managed services provide banking with a call centre for Virgin Money, Lloyds, and several other clients.

About the Role
At BaxterStorey, we believe every interaction is an opportunity to create a lasting impression. As a Cafe Chef, you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing hot & cold meals for 350 daily covers, including:
- Breakfast service
- Lunch service
- Hospitality/grab & go items
- Cooking a mix of street food, traditional meals, and quick service options for young professionals working in a fast-paced call centre environment.
- Providing impeccable service and fostering a friendly, collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Preparing meals for high-volume service rounds (breakfast, lunch, and grab-and-go) ✔ Managing kitchen operations while supporting a small, dynamic team under the guidance of a General Manager ✔ Ensuring adherence to all due diligence in food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety ✔ Innovating cuisine to elevate food standards and excite customers ✔ Supporting flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong cooking skills with the ability to think on your feet
- Passion for delivering exceptional food experiences and hospitality
- A communicative, collaborative, and proactive approach
- Creativity to bring forward new recipes, ideas, or speciality dishes
- Enthusiasm for teamwork and commitment to daily improvement
