Cafe Manager
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cafe Manager to lead the day to day operations of our workplace café on the Southbank. This is an exciting opportunity to create a welcoming space where exceptional coffee, fresh food and outstanding service become part of our customers' daily routine.
This role is about more than managing a café. You will build genuine relationships with our tenants and their guests, delivering a personalised experience by remembering regular customers, their favourite coffee, and the little details that make every visit special. Working closely with the client, you will ensure the café is a vibrant hub that people enjoy returning to every day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overlook the operations of the Café and TCP (Tea and Coffee Points), as well as being a key support for the hospitality business for internal events.
- Drive the business financially to ensure that targets are met.
- Create and implement revenue growth strategies and product development.
- Support and develop all retail teams.
- Maintaining awareness of market trends, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives, and monitoring what local competitors are doing.
- Overlook financial reporting against retail budgets, labour, and variables. Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed, including food safety, accident reporting, and general maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in retail/cafe management, preferably in a hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
- A passion for delivering high standards of hospitality and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new tasks.
