Café Manager – Morecambe

Location: Sainsbury's Morecambe Contract: Full-time (5 out of 7 days, 40 hours per week) Salary: £34,000 per annum

The Café Vision

Building something special from day one.

Simple moments, made special—great coffee, freshly baked pastries, proper food done well. At Taste Café, every small everyday moment becomes something people genuinely look forward to: a quick coffee turning into a catch-up, a bite to eat that’s just right, and a space that feels easy, comfortable, and unique.

This is a new café opening within a fast-paced retail environment—full of energy and potential. Your role will shape how it looks, feels, and operates from the very beginning.

About the Role

This is a start-up opportunity within an established business.

As Café Manager, you will:

  • Build a strong team from the ground up, setting standards and shaping culture.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of a brand-new site, from opening to close.
  • Cultivate a space that’s local, welcoming, and worth returning to.

If you’ve managed a café, retail unit, or fast-paced food operation before—and如果 you thrive on growth and ownership—this is your chance to make it truly yours.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
