Cafe Manager
Café Manager – Morecambe
Location: Sainsbury's Morecambe Contract: Full-time (5 out of 7 days, 40 hours per week) Salary: £34,000 per annum

A brand-new café opens in a fast-paced retail environment, offering a blank canvas for you to build something special.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day running of a brand-new café, ensuring smooth operations and seamless management
- Recruit, train, and develop a team that delivers expert service while fostering enjoyment and pride in their work
- Set and uphold high standards for food quality, coffee presentation, and overall café experience
- Manage stock, performance metrics, and operational processes to drive efficiency
- Create a warm and inviting environment from day one, focusing on guest experience and consistency
- Embed health and safety standards as a core part of the café’s culture

About You
This role is ideal for someone with experience managing a café, retail unit, or fast-paced food environment, particularly if you thrive in dynamic settings where teamwork and operational excellence matter.
You’ll also bring:
