Café & Restaurant Host
The Wet Fish Café is a beloved independent restaurant in North London, known for its wild-caught Cornish fish, modern comfort food, genuine hospitality, and strong community spirit since 2003. We are excited to announce the opening of our new site in Primrose Hill and are building a dedicated team to launch this new venture. This is a unique opportunity to join a new establishment from its inception, help shape its identity, and contribute to a brand with real character and longevity.
As the team member, you will be the welcoming face of the café, confidently managing the floor and delivering the warm, attentive service our guests expect. Whether it's a relaxed weekend brunch, a productive working lunch, or a lively Friday evening brasserie service with live music, you will own the room and ensure an exceptional experience for every guest.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
