Cafe Supervisor (Part-Time, 15 Hours/Week) – High Street Brand Opportunity

About the Role

Join Compass Group UK&I, the UK’s leading hospitality and facilities management company, as a part-time Cafe Supervisor in a fast-paced High Street environment. You’ll support cafe operations with 15 hours per week, helping maintain rising standards while inspiring and overseeing team members.

Key Responsibilities

As Cafe Supervisor, your duties will include:

  • Ensuring all delivery checks are completed promptly and storage of goods adheres to food hygiene regulations
  • Supervising frontline teams, cultivating a positive, welcoming environment where staff feel valued and well-supported
  • Acting as a responsible key holder, ensuring your team adheres to security protocols
  • Managing portion control, conserving costs, and optimising order efficiency
  • Assisting with weekly bookwork and ensuring quality compliance
  • Creating weekly rotas in line with management guidelines
  • Placing stock orders to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Delegating tasks effectively to keep operations proactive and efficient
  • Fully complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards and workplace health and safety regulations
