Cafe Supervisor - Costa
Cafe Supervisor – Part-Time (30 Hours Per Week) Role
We are recruiting a Cafe Supervisor to ensure smooth operations in our major High Street brand outlets and help develop your career with a company committed to valuing and investing in its team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Cafe Supervisor, your role will include:
- Ensuring deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
- Supervising a team, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment
- Acting as a responsible key holder
- Assisting with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties
- Producing weekly rotas in line with manager’s guidelines
- Placing orders for stock to maintain optimal levels
- Delegating tasks where required, ensuring proactive team engagement
- Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a Cafe Supervisor with:
- Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service focus
- A team player mentality with a motivated, can-do attitude
- The ability to work under pressure while maintaining positivity
