About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and motivated Cafe Supervisor to ensure smooth, high-quality operations in one of our bustling venues. This is your chance to progress your career with a business that values people, supports individual growth, and recognises exceptional contributions.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will include, but isn’t limited to:
- Delivery & Storage: Checking and correctly storing incoming deliveries in a timely manner.
- Team Leadership: Supervising a frontline team while fostering a positive and inclusive working environment.
- Key Holder Responsibilities: Holding operational keys and maintaining good accountability.
- Rota & Operations Management: Assisting with bookwork and liaising with managers to create weekly rotas.
- Stock & Procurement: Ensuring stock levels are maintained by placing orders as needed.
- Delegation & Accountability: Prioritising tasks and ensuring your team remains proactive and engaged.
- Compliance: Sticking to Food Handling & Hygiene standards, as well as Health & Safety regulations.

Ideal Candidate
You may already meet some of these requirements, but we believe in you:
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience supervising teams in a similar environment (e.g., café, hospitality).
- Customer Service Focus: Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Team Player Mindset: A can-do attitude, ability to thrive under pressure whilst staying positive.
- Adaptability & Learning: Willingness to develop new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
