About The Role

We require a Food & Beverage Supervisor who has the skills, drive, and passion to deliver a great food offer alongside great customer service within our café at Saltwell towers.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Assist & supervise in the preparation, cooking and service of hot and cold food items, snacks and light meals within a busy café environment.
  • Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages and light refreshments throughout the café as required.
  • Prepare and set up the café prior to service, ensuring all areas are fully stocked and operational.
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times and promote a positive customer experience within the team.
  • Operate tills and carry out cash handling and end-of-day cashing up procedures.
  • Assist in and supervise the thorough cleaning of designated food and beverage service areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety, health and safety, and allergen legislation and regulations.
  • Provide training, guidance and day-to-day supervision of café staff.
  • Carry out any other duties commensurate with the grade and responsibilities of the post as required.
