About the Role
We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Café Supervisor to join the opening team at TRIA Café, a brand-new café set in the heart of Fitzgerald’s Park. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality who’s ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll help lead daily operations, ensure high service standards, and support the front-of-house team in delivering a consistently excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily operation of the café and lead by example
- Supervise, motivate, and support the team on shift
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service, and food safety
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist with staff training, ordering, stock control, and reporting

Requirements
- 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a café or hospitality setting
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and a hands-on approach
- Flexibility to work weekends and park event days
- Barista experience is a plus
