Café Team Member 20h
Job Description
As a valued member of our café team, you’ll work in a warm and welcoming Nordic-inspired environment, seamlessly integrated within our store.
Your focus will always be on delivering exceptional quality, outstanding service, and memorable experiences for every guest. With a natural ability to put the customer first and adapt to their needs, you’ll help create a personalised and inspiring café atmosphere rooted in local culture and hospitality.
You’ll have the opportunity to provide high-level service at every touchpoint—from warmly greeting guests to attentively meeting their needs in a genuine and thoughtful way. You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food and beverages, consistently upholding our standards of excellence.
In this role, you’ll also play a key part in promoting the café’s values, culture, and concept, while contributing to the smooth daily operations of the in-store café.
Previous experience in food and beverage or customer service is a plus—but not essential. What matters most is your passion for hospitality, your willingness to learn, and your commitment to creating great guest experiences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
