CAFM Developer
Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) Developer – 12-Month FTC
About KBR and the Project
KBR is a global technical solutions provider with 28,000 employees across 34 countries, delivering solutions in 80+ markets. The company works collaboratively with clients to create better, safer, and more sustainable worlds.
KBR’s Estates Intelligence division specialises in enabling businesses to make informed decisions about estate and asset management via the "6 As" Methodology—aggregation of data, automation, assurance, audit, analytics, delivered through their Viaverse platform. This acts as the single source of truth for operational efficiency across a client’s portfolio.
For this role, KBR is running a mobilisation programme to integrate a new public-sector client into the Viaverse solution. The programme’s scope includes multi-workstream delivery—covering design, build, testing, transition, and hypercare—with significant data migration and operational change.
Led by a multi-disciplinary technology team, this role is an opportunity to support a large-scale public-sector transition, ensuring seamless asset lifecycle management for clients.
About the Role
KBR seeks a proven CAFM Developer to cover interim development and support roles, ensuring the continuity of services during the transition into a permanent CAFM capability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
