Boss Waste Ltd is expanding, and we are looking for a hardworking and reliable Cage Driver / Waste Loader to join our growing team immediately.
This is a hands-on role working across London, Essex, and Kent, carrying out domestic and commercial waste collections, site clearances, fly-tip removals, and vegetation clearance works.
You will be driving company cage vehicles and working alongside our clearance teams in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Duties Will Include:
- Driving company cage vans and waste collection vehicles
- Collecting, loading, and transporting waste safely and efficiently
- Domestic and commercial waste clearances
- Site clearances and fly-tip removals
- Vegetation clearance works
- Assisting teams on major clearance and demolition-related projects
- Carrying out vehicle checks and maintaining cleanliness of vehicles
- Working safely and professionally on live sites and public areas

Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
- Must be over 25 for insurance purposes
- Physically fit and healthy due to the manual nature of the role
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work early starts and long days when required
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- CSCS card beneficial but not essential
- Previous experience in waste management, construction, removals, labouring, or similar industries preferred

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 17:30
- Occasional Saturdays required
- Overtime frequently available
