Customer Experience Agent

At Vintage Cash Cow, soon to be Vintage.com, we're building the world's most trusted platform for pre-loved items. Every day, we help people unlock value from jewellery, watches, collectibles and other valuables while keeping items in circulation and out of landfill.
We're looking for Customer Experience Agents to join our growing team in Leeds.
What you'll be doing
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them through their selling journey across phone, email, and webchat. You'll:

- Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient customer support
- Resolve customer queries from start to finish
- Support customers across multiple channels
- Work with teams across the business to solve more complex cases
- Accurately record customer interactions and case notes
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
What we're looking for
We're interested in people who:
- Have experience in customer service, contact centres, retail, or hospitality
- Are confident communicators, both written and verbal
- Enjoy solving problems and helping people
- Can stay calm under pressure
- Are comfortable using multiple systems and learning new technology
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment
