About Us
Vaccination UK has been commissioned by NHS England since 2015 to provide school-aged immunisations, including Influenza, to pupils across numerous counties in England and all boroughs of North London.
We are also commissioned by NHS England in North London to:
- Provide outbreak response in the event of a vaccine-preventable disease outbreak.
- Deliver the infant BCG programme to newborns in North London.
Our mission is to fight disease and save lives by making prevention and treatment easy, accessible, and safe.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (7.5-hour shifts per day)

Job Purpose
The Call Centre Agent will improvement vaccination uptake by obtaining informed consent through inbound and outbound calls, working under the supervision of the Line Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth continuity of service delivery.
- Assist with the day-to-day running of immunisation programmes in the call centre.
- Handle calls and emails involving parent/carer bookings for vaccination appointments in community clinics.
- Coordinate clinic operations in line with company policies and procedures (where directed).
- Meet agreed KPIs to achieve vaccination targets.
- Actively participate in regular team meetings.
- Undertake any additional duties as required by the role.
- Comply with Company policies & procedures.
Experience & Skills
Essential
- Educated to GCSE level or higher.
- Ability to understand and implement informed consent principles for vaccination programmes.
- Familiarity with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
- Experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Polite telephone manner with clear communication.
- Mandatory English proficiency (bilingual preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Effective time management, particularly for call-handling efficiency.
