Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our contractors, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats. Your goal? To provide exceptional service while resolving queries efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle inbound customer queries across multiple campaigns via phone, email, and live chat.
- Make outbound calls to support customers with their inquiries.
- Aim for first-contact resolution wherever possible.
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned by your manager.
- Work towards set KPIs to ensure excellent service delivery.

- Has customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
- Is a confident and professional communicator with a friendly approach.
- Is a problem solver: Ability to think on your feet and prioritize tasks.
- Has strong interpersonal skills: Empathetic, patient, and a team player.
- Has a target-driven mindset: Comfortable working with KPIs.
- Is a multitasker
- Is a fast learner: Willing to quickly adapt and understand payroll services.
