Your Role
We are seeking an ** enthusiastic Helpdesk Operator** for our busy contact centre on a part-time basis (25 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 1pm–6pm).

Under close supervision, you will:
- Answer customer calls promptly while adhering to company guidelines
- Apply basic knowledge of corporate policies and processes to meet client needs effectively
- Provide timely, accurate, and customer-focused responses.
Core Responsibilities and Duties
- Act as the first point of contact—collate, record, and clarify customer requests and details
- Coordinate customer service enquiries with the supply chain and progress work orders
- Resolve queries and complaints via a structured first-call resolution approach
- Maintain accurate data records to ensure requests are fulfilled on time and to required standards
- Exceed expectations by delivering timely, customer-focused solutions
- Own accountability for personal performance—seek opportunities for skill development
- Prioritise high standards of customer service at all times
- Stay informed about team/project updates
- Adhere to KBR’s Zero Harm policy, promoting safe and secure working environments

Requirements
Essential:
✅ GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English ✅ Current security clearance, or eligibility to obtain one ✔ Role is based on-site at Swindon
