Call Centre Agent - Late Shift and Weekend Only
Location: Gillingham, Kent
Salary: £12.71 per hour + Commission (based on each appointment booked that results on a sale)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 3pm-9pm
Weekend only vacancy
Description
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Unlike traditional call centre roles, this position does not require cold calling; you will only engage with genuine customer enquiries. Your goal will be to provide an outstanding customer experience by offering helpful and professional support while booking appointments and answering queries.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
- Assist customers with vehicle bookings.
- Provide accurate and timely vehicle information.
- Enter new customer data and update existing information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
