Call Centre Assistant – Hexham Store

About the Role
As a Call Centre Assistant at Specsavers, you’ll take on a variety of administrative tasks to support our store’s success, including:
- Managing NHS eye care forms and bookings
- Handling call triaging and answering general customer queries
- Updating and organising patient records
- Scheduling and managing customer appointments
Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and professional administrative service for our clients.
