Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Handler located in the Greater Leicester Area. The Call Handler will manage and coordinate emergency service calls, ensure timely dispatch of resources, and communicate effectively with key personnel and customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and prioritising service requests
- Maintaining accurate records
- Providing exceptional customer service during high-pressure situations

Qualifications
- Experience in Dispatching and strong organisational abilities
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong focus on Customer Service and professionalism
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in a similar role or within a related field is an advantage
- Basic computer and data entry skills are preferred
