As a Call Hub Advisor at Specsavers, you’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration including NHS forms and triaging, answering calls and general queries, updating & filing records, and managing appointments. There will be times when you will be required to be based on the shop floor, supporting customers with their in store journey. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service with the customer at the focus of all you do, which in turn will support the store’s success.

What we’re looking for?
If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as Call Hub Assistant. These include:
- Previous telephony and administration is advantageous but not essential
- High level of customer service experience
- Working in a fast-paced environment
- Organisational skills
- Good telephone manner
- Desire to learn and progress
- Friendly persona
