CALLING ALL ECTs WE NEED YOU FOR 2022!

The Teaching Team are recruiting for EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 ECTs (previously known as NQTs) for supply work (to help you find a position that is right for you), long term and permanent positions in Leicester schools for 2022!

Having now qualified as a teacher, it is now essential that you start working in schools to build up your experience in order to find a position that is right for you for your ECT induction. Supply teaching can really help and we mean really! We have placed numerous ECTs into ECT positions over the years, we dedicate our time and energy to help all ECTs find positions that are right for them, historically speaking, the best way to find a position in schools is to do supply, build rapport with the schools and ideally cover a long term assignment where it might lead to you doing your ECT induction and hopefully a permanent job at a school.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
