We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Neurodevelopmental Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) Practitioner, who has an interest in working with children and adolescents who present with a range of complex mental health difficulties.

The Lambeth Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service is a specialist multi-disciplinary CYP-IAPT Tier 3 mental health team. The post-holder will undertake CAMHS assessments of children and young people up to age 18 with a formulation and diagnosis, and recommendations for treatment.

The post-holder will have a therapeutic caseload, offering therapy to children and adolescents with complex needs. You will also be working at times with their families. You will have the ability to deliver a range of interventions for children and young people. Close working relationships with members of the team and partnership agencies e.g. Social Services, Education and others is essential.

You must demonstrate an interest in multi-agency and multi-disciplinary work and be familiar with evidence-based practice. There are excellent opportunities for CPD, in service teaching and supervision within the team and the trust.
