We're seeking a Campaign Coordinator to support a global gaming and digital entertainment brand, helping drive digital creative delivery across ecommerce, subscription, and direct-to-consumer channels.
This role is perfect for someone with a creative, advertising, or digital agency background—passionate about streamlining complex production workflows while maintaining clarity, pace, and quality.
The Opportunity
As the Campaign Coordinator, you’ll integrate into a go-to-market team, overseeing:
- Brief management, creative asset production, approvals, localisation inputs, timelines, and production tracking
- Collaboration with creative teams, media partners, production vendors, and retained suppliers to ensure seamless campaign delivery—from briefing to build, QA, and final handover
- Enhancing workflows, documentation, and template-led creative processes across multiple marketing areas, while safeguarding day-to-day operations
- Exposure to Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO), paid social, display ads, feeds, and dynamic creative optimisations

About You
Ideal candidates will have experience in:
- Creative production coordination, project management, campaign operations, digital marketing, agency account management, or paid media asset delivery
- A highly organised, detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage tight deadlines, multiple feedback rounds, and stakeholder communications
Desirable skills & tools:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
- Knowledge of project management platforms like Asana, Monday.com, Jira
- Familiarity with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of creative assets specifications and approval workflows
