Campaign and Creative Manager (CCM) – Amazon Advertising

Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of advertising and eCommerce, offering advertisers a rich array of media solutions across Amazon’s mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices including Kindle and Fire TV, and the Amazon Programmatic Demand Side Platform (DSP). We are seeking a highly motivated Campaign and Creative Manager (CCM) passionate about empowering advertisers with data-driven marketing decisions.

Impact and Career Growth

  • Become your advertiser’s go-to expert on Amazon Advertising’s policy, process, creative services, and retail business
  • Collaborate on groundbreaking executions with advertisers and internal partners during the pre-sales stage
  • Standardise creative and operational best practices to drive campaign performance and ensure seamless launches
  • Expand skills in an environment that encourages creativity, experimentation, and product innovation

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate advertisers on Amazon policies and creative best practices to optimise campaign performance in Live Events
  • Project manage complex Live Event advertising campaigns across internal teams (Design, AdOps, Sales, QA & Account Management) and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate Ad Schedules with production on break durations and content
  • Analyse data to recommend creative strategies leveraging advertiser and industry insights
  • Troubleshoot challenges during campaign execution
  • Improve processes across verticals/locales through data-driven initiatives

Core Requirements

  • Experience interpreting data to assess performance drivers
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with programmatic advertising preferred knowledge of DSP architectures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in eCommerce or online advertising
  • Technical knowledge of platform systems:
    • Bidding engines
    • Second-price vs first-price auctions
    • Pixels/tags/cookies
    • Viewability metrics
