Overview
Job Description
As Campaign Coordinator you will be part of the engine room of our Marketing team, executing campaigns across multiple digital channels for our marketing and paid partner campaigns. Your role is to work with the Commercial teams in supporting set up, building and launching campaigns across different media channels, and optimising campaigns.

Experience in and/or understanding of a CRM or digital marketing environment or having learnt these skills through university or similar Experience in and/or understanding of delivering AB tests Experience in and/or understanding of how CRM and social can be used to deliver against company goals Experience in project management / time management best practices Experience in spotting trends in data and understanding the impact
Job Responsibilities
What we need you to do
Campaign Planning and Set Up
Working across multiple teams, set up our campaigns aligned with the commercial objectives, budgets and target audiences, and market trends. Ensure any design and copy assets are suitable and language localisation is relevant Coordinate across teams to check onsite & CRM inventory and calendars to ensure there are no capacity, audience or timing conflicts Check the customer journey is seamless Ensure tracking parameters are in place for reporting
Campaign Execution and Optimisation
Launch campaigns across various platforms, including our UNiDAYS website & app, CRM (email, push & in-app) and paid media (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Ads and others). Optimising campaign performance and conversion rates by proactively managing campaigns and making suggestions to relevant teams on further revenue potential. Where relevant, implement A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance and key metrics. Conduct daily site checks across all regions to drive a high level of accuracy.

Reporting
Develop campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, using analytical tools and platforms.

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and relay with team members Contribute to the development and evolution of internal best practices, sharing insights and knowledge with the team.
