Campaign Designer

About us

pointblank is an award-winning music school based in London, Los Angeles, Ibiza and online. We specialise in Higher Education and short courses with state-of-the-art facilities and expert lecturers dedicated to providing our students with top-tier education in Music Production and Sound Engineering, DJ Performance, Singing and Songwriting, Music Business, Software Engineering and Radio Production and Broadcasting.

Our mission is to break down the barriers to music education, making it accessible, inclusive, and inspiring for all.

About the role

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded Campaign Designer to support the Marketing and Communications team across a busy period of campaign activity.

This role will focus predominantly on designing and rolling out high-performing campaign assets across digital channels, including paid social, organic social, display, email, web, landing pages and event promotions. You will play a key part in helping us drive student applications, course sales and event bookings through engaging, brand-led creative.

What You’ll Be Doing

Working closely with the marketing team, you will take campaign briefs and existing brand assets and turn them into polished, platform-ready creative across multiple formats and placements. This will include static digital assets, paid media variations, social graphics, web banners, email assets, event collateral and, where possible, simple motion graphics or animated creative.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
