We’re looking for a Campaign Executive to join our London based team, supporting the delivery of B2B marketing campaigns and events for global tech brands like Google, AWS, and Adobe.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in campaign delivery, digital marketing, and events, with a clear pathway to becoming a Campaign Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the delivery and administration of B2B event campaigns
  • Assisting with campaign timelines, trackers, budgets and coordination
  • Preparing agendas and event materials
  • Managing guest communications, registrations, and event logistics
  • Supporting with post-event reporting using Excel
  • Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
  • Support on-the-night execution of both virtual and in-person events – sometimes working evenings*. *lieu time offered in return
  • Manage stock of event materials

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years’ experience in marketing and/or events.
  • High attention to detail and process adherence.
  • Strong project/time management.
  • Confident communicator and team player
  • French or German language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
  • Comfortable working with data and Excel
  • Analytical problem solvers
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in B2B marketing, events and client services
