We are recruiting for a fast-growing B2B lead generation agency that helps top technology companies target decision-makers, generate sales prospects, and enhance brand awareness across the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas.

Since 2020, the agency has scaled swiftly by delivering focused email, data, and telephone marketing campaigns for international technology brands.

They’re now seeking a bright, commercially minded Graduate Campaign Executive to join their remote team.

This is a dynamic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, technology, and people, looking to establish a career in campaign management, sales operations, digital marketing, or B2B technology.

You won’t need extensive experience—instead, we seek curiosity, attention to detail, energy, and ambition to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support B2B lead generation campaigns, from setup to completion, with these key responsibilities:

  • Reviewing campaign data to ensure its accuracy, relevance, and timeliness
  • Cross-checking candidate and business details against multiple data sources
  • Validating job titles, company details, and contact information against campaign criteria
  • Setting up, launching, and optimising new client campaigns
  • Utilising data-validation tools and automated checking rules
  • Supporting system integrations between internal platforms and client platforms
  • Tracking campaign performance and response rates
  • Segmenting and analysing data to uncover trends and opportunities
  • Producing clear campaign progress updates
  • Spotting data-quality issues and proposing solutions
  • Collaborating with the campaign-management team to ensure smooth project execution
  • Assisting with additional commercial and operational projects as the business expands

Full training will be provided on the company’s systems, processes, and technology.
