dunnhumby are looking for a Campaign Management Associate to support in managing the end to end delivery of all allocated CPG funded Media Campaigns booked to run across In-Store Point-of-Sale channels in Tesco NI stores. This person will be based in Belfast with travel to our Dublin office.
What you’ll be doing
Performance
- Supporting the growth of dunnhumby’s NI media business, ensuring revenues are maximised whilst adhering to agreed channel principles.
- Supporting the Campaign Management team in end-to-end delivery of all booked CPG funded campaigns across Ireland.
- Working closely with Tesco NI Marketing team and based in the Tesco NI office.
Profile
- Start to gain an understanding of dunnhumby’s media portfolio, guidelines and processes.
- Must be able to deliver Point of Sale and Digital Onsite media propositions for Ireland of Ireland suppliers.
- Support in identifying, assessing and implementing opportunities that will support in driving improvements to campaign execution within your specified CPG clients and Media Planners.

People
- Begin to establish close working relationships with relevant Media Planners and with allocated CPG clients, ensuring that all parties are familiar with, and adhering to, Campaign and Channel guidelines.
- Attend relevant internal, client, and supplier meetings as appropriate.
- Provide support for your team with campaign admin tasks such as brief and asset checking, performance tracker updates and weekly site checks.
Process
- Support in managing key tasks and sub-tasks of allocated In-Store Point-of-Sale and Digital campaigns, working effectively with Media Planning, Production, Creative and Ad Ops to ensure campaign work continues without pause or delay.
- To ensure that all allocated Campaign booking information and assets are reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
- To ensure that all Campaign bookings comply with channel guidelines.
- Support in managing the approval and amendment process with CPG clients ensuring that changes are accurately captured and processed, that timelines are adhered to and the CPG client expectations are managed effectively.

- The ability to meet deadlines and working under pressure and prioritise workload.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Be able to adhere to processes and best practice.
- Highly organized and capable of working independently.
