Campaign Manager - 6 month FTC
London, hybrid

Job Purpose
This role is part of our eBay Inhouse team, where you will be employed by DEPT® but embedded within eBay.
We are looking for a hybrid AI-Enabled Campaign Manager who combines strategic campaign ownership with hands-on execution, operational excellence, and a strong interest in AI-driven marketing innovation.
This role sits at the intersection of campaign strategy, CRM execution, marketing technology, data, and creative production. You will lead and execute customer-facing campaigns across eBay’s owned channels (email, push, onsite, in-app, landing pages), while leveraging AI tools and creative capabilities to scale personalization, improve efficiency, and drive performance.
You are both a campaign owner and an operator: comfortable managing timelines and stakeholders, while also building, QA-ing, and optimizing campaigns yourself. You bring a test-and-learn mindset, curiosity for AI, and the ability to turn insights into impactful customer experiences.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Own CRM Campaigns End-to-End Lead campaigns from briefing through to launch, optimisation, and reporting Build and execute campaigns across email, push, onsite, and in-app channels Deliver personalised, customer-first experiences aligned to eBays' priorities Manage timelines, stakeholders, approvals, and delivery across global teams Ensure flawless execution through QA, troubleshooting, targeting accuracy, and optimisation Help Shape AI-Driven Marketing Use AI tools to improve campaign creation, personalisation, and testing Experiment with AI-generated copy, subject lines, creative concepts, and workflows Support AI prompt development and scalable marketing automation Improve workflows and operational efficiency through AI-driven ways of working Bring a test-and-learn mindset to experimentation and optimisation Ensure responsible AI usage and quality control Support Creative & Performance Optimisations Brief, review, and optimise CRM creative assets Adapt visuals across channels Run A/B tests and turn insights into measurable improvements Help improve engagement, efficiency, and marketing KPIs WHAT YOU BRING:

3+ years in CRM, campaign management, or marketing operations Hands-on experience with owned channels (email, push, onsite, in-app) Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital marketing environments Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign QA, execution, and troubleshooting Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. Jira, Monday, Slack) Understanding of segmentation, targeting, and campaign logic Strong interest in AI applications in marketing Ability to translate marketing needs into effective AI prompts and workflows Strong eye for visual quality, branding, and detail Strong collaborator with the ability to work across teams, functions and locations Proactive, curious, and comfortable with continuous change and innovation
