About The Role

As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to support business objectives. You will use data and audience insights to shape strategy, optimise performance, and deliver measurable outcomes. Working cross-functionally, you will help ensure campaigns are aligned, effective, and continuously improving.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage integrated campaign plans across digital and traditional channels to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise future strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Content and Creative teams to ensure brand and content alignment.
  • Use market research and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategies.
  • Partner with the Data Operations Manager to leverage audience insights for targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and innovation.
