About the Opportunity
As a Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our influencer and social marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of campaigns, from conceptualisation to delivery, ensuring that each project meets its objectives and delivers exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans tailored to client objectives.
- Identify and select suitable influencers, considering brand alignment and audience reach.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of influencers.
- Negotiate and secure influencer partnerships, including compensation, deliverables, and contractual agreements.
- Provide influencers with clear guidelines and creative briefs for campaign content.
- Review and approve influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Coordinate content approvals with clients and ensure all necessary revisions are made.
- Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all campaign milestones are met.
- Oversee budgets and expenditures for each campaign to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation.

Role Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience planning and executing influencer campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience delegating and prioritising an ever-changing workload.
- Competent writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively and calmly under pressure.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and social metrics (impressions, reach, engagement).
