Broadsheet Media is looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Campaign Manager to join our London team.

This role sits at the centre of our branded content and partnerships work, managing client campaigns from brief through to delivery and reporting. You will work closely with clients, Sales and Partnerships, Editorial, Audience, talent and external suppliers to make sure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to the standard our audience expects from Broadsheet.

It is a role for someone who can keep a lot of moving parts on track without losing sight of the quality of the work. You will understand what makes branded content credible and effective, balance client objectives with Broadsheet’s editorial and brand identity, and bring clarity and calm to complex projects.

The Role

You will manage campaigns end to end, acting as a key point of contact for clients while coordinating the people, timelines, budgets and deliverables behind each project.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Building strong client relationships, providing regular campaign updates and making sure clients understand key timelines, deliverables and Broadsheet’s ways of working.
  • Running internal campaign briefings and trafficking branded content through Commercial, Editorial and other relevant teams.
  • Creating and managing campaign timelines and critical paths, accounting for production requirements and adapting plans as projects evolve.
  • Overseeing content and photography deliverables to ensure they meet both client objectives and Broadsheet’s editorial, brand and visual standards.
  • Coordinating talent, venues and suppliers for interviews, shoots, events and collaborations, including briefing external event producers where required.
  • Working with the paid media team to monitor campaign delivery against internal and client targets.
  • Setting up and managing campaign implementation budgets, monitoring spend and flagging potential issues early.
  • Producing and presenting campaign reporting, analysing results and identifying insights that can inform future campaigns and commercial opportunities.
  • Supporting Broadsheet London more broadly across print editions, events, contact and distribution lists, and general team projects when required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

About You

You are an organised, solutions-focused project manager who knows how to turn a brief into a clear plan and keep it moving.

You are confident working directly with clients and equally comfortable coordinating across editorial, commercial and creative teams. You communicate clearly, manage competing priorities well and know when to solve a problem yourself and when to bring others in.

You have a strong eye for quality and understand that successful branded content needs to achieve a commercial objective without losing the credibility, tone and identity of the publisher behind it.

You will be comfortable working to tight deadlines, managing budgets and timelines, and using campaign data to draw useful insights. Just as importantly, you are reliable, flexible and able to stay calm when priorities shift or projects become complex.
