Campaign Manager | Customer Events, Webinars & Multi-Channel Campaigns | PE-Backed Data & Analytics Business

Day rate: £250/day (outside IR35)

Location: London, hybrid (3 days in office near Fleet Street)

Contract length: 3 months initially, possible extension

This is a subscription-led data and analytics business serving global commodity markets, backed by private equity and moving through a period of real change. The commercial marketing team sits at the centre of that, working hand in hand with product and sales out of London, and right now it needs cover fast.

A key campaigns lead is moving on and the team needs someone who can keep things moving from day one. You'd be stepping into a campaign manager seat within commercial marketing, reporting into a marketing lead who has spent the past two years reshaping the function away from traditional demand gen towards a broader, audience-led campaigns remit.

The core of this role is two things. First, customer-led events and webinars: you'll help shape and drive the event and webinar programme, working with editorial and subject matter experts to build content that lands with the right audiences, manage the pre and post-event comms, and make sure every session converts into pipeline. The ops team handles logistics, so this is about strategy, audience and follow-through, not conference planning. Second, the full marketing mix: you'll run reactive, multi-channel campaigns across email, social and paid, segmenting and targeting the right audiences, owning the calendar, and reporting on what's working. These two things sit at the heart of everything you'd do here.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
