About the Role

As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you'll develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels that align with business objectives. By leveraging data and audience insights, you'll shape strategy, optimise performance, and ensure measurable outcomes. You'll work cross-functionally to keep campaigns aligned, effective, and continually enhancing.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage integrated campaign plans across digital and traditional channels to achieve business goals
  • Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to refine strategies
  • Collaborate closely with Content and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment
  • Use market research and audience segmentation to inform decision-making
  • Partner with the Data Operations Manager to leverage audience insights for targeted campaigns
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance campaign effectiveness

Requirements

You must have:

  • Proven experience in managing comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong key account relationship management abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
  • Expertise in audience insights and segmentation to tailor campaigns
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies
  • Skills in budget management and resource optimisation
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities with attention to detail
