About the Role
We’re seeking a Campaign Manager to lead the creation and execution of insight-led marketing campaigns for our brands. If you enjoy both strategic creativity and hands-on delivery, this might be your perfect fit.
In this role, you’ll shape campaign ideas, plan key moments across the year, and ensure campaigns resonate in our restaurants and throughout all marketing channels. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive guest growth and strengthen brand presence.

Responsibilities
As a Campaign Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing clear annual and quarterly campaign plans across all brands
- Identifying key guest occasions and growth opportunities
- Utilising guest data, feedback, and market insights to shape campaign ideas
- Turning insights into compelling campaign briefs for creative and marketing teams
- Developing campaign platforms aligned with brand positioning
- Ensuring consistent delivery across paid, owned, and in-restaurant channels
- Aligning long-term campaign plans with short-term trading activity (in collaboration with Trading Managers)
- Working with Brand Directors, Operations, Food, and Insight teams for operational viability
- Measuring campaign performance and applying insights to future planning
- Ensuring campaigns drive sustainable sales growth, increased covers, and guest frequency
- Acting as an ambassador for The Big Table Group and its brands

Requirements
We’re looking for a commercial and strategic thinker with a flair for campaign creativity:
- Strong experience in marketing or campaign management
- Ability to translate data and insights into compelling ideas
- A strategic mindset balanced with hands-on operational delivery
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on sales and performance
- Collaborative and confident when working with cross-functional teams
- Creative, proactive, and solution-focused
- Passionate about memorable campaigns and brand guest experiences
