Responsibilities
As a Campaign Manager Lifecycle Marketing, you will play a critical role in strengthening relationships with free users, prospects, and existing customers by developing and executing targeted, data-driven marketing programs across the entire lifecycle.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Global Campaign, Product Marketing, Customer Lifecycle, and Content teams, to drive user adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion.
Your goal is to guide users through every stage of their journey—from first interaction to long-term advocacy—turning them into customers and loyal brand advocates while showcasing TeamViewer’s value.
- Develop and implement initiatives to drive user activation, engagement, retention, and freemium-to-paid conversion.
- Build and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns and user journey strategies across multiple touchpoints, including email and in-product messaging.
- Create and manage end-to-end lifecycle flows, including onboarding, feature adoption, re-engagement, and upsell campaigns.
- Analyze and monitor key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, usage KPIs, feature adoption, retention, engagement, and NPS) to measure and optimize campaign performance.
- Leverage user data and segmentation to design personalized, insight-driven campaigns that improve the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to ensure users are informed about new features, product updates, and best practices.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to understand user needs and develop strategies to increase retention and reduce churn.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing customer data and using insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience in the SaaS or technology industry is a plus.
