About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Campaign Manager to take end-to-end ownership of marketing activity across live entertainment production.
This role sits at the centre of campaign delivery, bringing together creative, digital, and commercial teams to plan and execute high-impact marketing activity that drives:
- Ticket sales
- Audience engagement
- Brand growth
You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns are:
- Strategically aligned
- Creatively strong
- Commercially effective
While working closely with both internal teams and external agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Take full ownership of:
- Campaign planning
- Delivery
- Optimisation
- Performance
- Manage relationships with external agencies, including:
- Social media partners
- Design agencies
- Organic marketing partners
- Lead weekly campaign meetings with:
- Internal teams
- Agency stakeholders
- Produce weekly reports on:
- Campaign performance
- Sales results
- Key metrics
- Actionable insights
- Support corporate marketing initiatives, including:
- Listing updates
- Brand communications -Coordinate inventory-related marketing activity, ensuring:
- Accuracy
- Timeliness
- Up-to-date information
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the wider marketing function.
- Organise and support content shoots, including:
- Ensuring on-time delivery of assets
- Alignment with campaign objectives
- Contribute to:
- Creation and distribution of press releases
- Other external communications
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are delivered consistently across all channels.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Degree-qualified in Marketing
- Proven experience in a campaign management or similar marketing role
- Experience managing and briefing external agencies
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience analysing campaign performance data and presenting insights through regular reporting
- Self-starter who:
- Enjoys taking ownership
- Thinks outside the box
