About The Role
It’s an exciting and pivotal year for BT as we build on our relaunch back into the market, and you will play a key role in planning and delivering our Demand Generation campaigns for BT.
Working with some of the UK’s most talented and awarded agencies, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class, performance-led creative across both traditional and digital channels, including dynamic and personalised executions. Your focus will be on driving commercial impact across our consumer propositions including Broadband and TV.
You will manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, end-to-end, coordinating a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. This includes major launches, seasonal moments, sales-driving campaigns and always-on performance activity. You will continually look to push boundaries, ensuring our creative and propositions keep us ahead in an increasingly competitive and fast-moving market.
Working closely with media teams, you will ensure campaigns are optimised to deliver the strongest possible ROI for our Consumer Demand Generation budgets. You’ll collaborate with leading agencies and media partners to maximise our reach and relevance in customers’ everyday digital lives, while consistently driving both commercial performance and brand metrics.
If you want to be part of a dynamic, high-performing Consumer business, this is the place to do it. Your work will directly support our growth ambitions - helping us win new customers, drive innovation in how we go to market, and stay ahead of the competition.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Responsible for briefing, planning and delivery of Demand Generation campaigns across BT Consumer, working closely with agencies and multiple internal stakeholders (including P&L, Devices, Legal, Media and Digital).
- Leading campaign delivery across our Consumer propositions, with an initial focus on Broadband, and flexibility to support wider categories such as Mobile and TV as required.
- Developing strong relationships with Media teams to ensure a fully integrated response to briefs, alongside clear performance measurement and optimisation.
- Delivering best-in-class, performance-led creative across all media touchpoints, within a consistent brand framework, spanning major launches, seasonal activity and always-on campaigns.
- Working closely with the wider Brand team and broader business to ensure all activity is aligned, integrated and supports overall Consumer growth objectives.
- Shaping the creative approach by audience and product category, ensuring relevance, cut-through and commercial impact.
- Ensuring all campaigns have clear objectives, defined success metrics and robust reporting frameworks in place.
- Day-to-day management of creative agency partners, workflows and delivery timelines.
- Building and strengthening agency relationships through regular touchpoints, including monthly briefings and quarterly reviews.
- Managing complex budgets across campaigns, including a mix of internal investment and manufacturer funding where applicable

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
