As Campaign Marketing Ops Manager you will be a driving force behind building and optimizing our core campaign marketing operations. You'll develop critical strategies that elevate our marketing infrastructure and drive operational excellence across the business. You'll be well versed in AI tooling and be highly solutions driven. Key job responsibilities
- Own and develop Campaign Marketing management operations, including implementation of AI solutions, working alongside multiple partner teams.
- Building new approaches and tooling to more effectively manage our workflows from scratch.
- Drive key strategic projects, including strategic direction, implementation plans, stakeholder alignment and adoption.
- Build workflows and mechanisms to ensure seamless ways of working across Marketing Management.
- Track, analyse and report results.
- Unblock issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make recommendations for trade-offs, and meet delivery timelines.
- Diving deep on existing ways of working to propose more effective, scalable solutions, with a focus on saving time for teams and providing easy access to critical information.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
