Campaign & Marketing Transformation Lead – 6 month FTC

Exclusive opportunity to join a globally recognised international organisation undergoing a significant marketing transformation. This six-month interim role will lead a high-profile ATL creative agency review while helping shape a more effective, scalable and AI-enabled marketing operating model. Working closely with senior stakeholders and external partners, you will drive the agency review process, translate recommendations into practical ways of working, and identify opportunities to modernise marketing operations.

This role would suit an experienced interim marketing leader with a background in creative agency management and marketing transformation. You'll be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, leading change at pace and embedding practical AI solutions into marketing operations. Candidates must be available to start immediately or at very short notice.

£90k – Prorated for 6 months

Hybrid working: 1–2 days per week in Central London, 3 or 4 days from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-profile creative agency review, acting as the senior internal lead throughout the process.
  • Partner with external consultants to ensure clear governance, stakeholder alignment and effective decision making.
  • Translate strategic recommendations into a practical and scalable marketing operating model.
  • Review and improve agency structures, internal ways of working and campaign delivery processes.
  • Identify and embed practical AI and automation opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Lead pilot initiatives that demonstrate the value of AI across marketing workflows.
  • Provide senior leadership and continuity during a period of organisational change.
  • Build strong relationships across senior stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery.
  • Deliver recommendations that balance creative excellence, operational efficiency and long-term scalability.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience leading creative agency reviews or ATL pitch processes.
  • Senior marketing leadership experience within large, complex organisations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing operating models, agency management and campaign governance.
  • Experience delivering marketing transformation or organisational change initiatives.
  • Practical understanding of AI and automation within marketing operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
  • Commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working across international or multi-market organisations would be advantageous.
