Manning Global, a premier global staffing and managed services provider specialising in worldwide leading sectors such as Social Media, E-Commerce, ICT, Engineering, AI, Automotive and Energy is recruiting for a Campaign Monetisation Specialist – E-commerce on behalf of one of their blue chip international clients to join their organisation in the UK.

Job Description: We are looking for a Campaign Monetisation Specialist to support monetisation initiatives across UK e-commerce campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and develop monetisation strategies for campaign-led commercial initiatives, helping convert traffic and merchant demand into scalable revenue opportunities.
- Plan and execute monetisation programmes such as advertising packages, brand amplification initiatives and new campaign monetisation pilots.
- Build monetisation target frameworks, including revenue goals, ROI measurement, attribution logic and scale-up criteria.
- Partner with Product, Commercial, Campaign, Marketing, Finance and Data teams to improve package flexibility, operational efficiency and merchant adoption.
- Define merchant segmentation, value propositions and go-to-market approaches for monetisation programmes.
- Establish budget governance and spend-efficiency tracking, including regular performance reviews across investment, return and commercial impact.
- Analyse monetisation performance, merchant behaviour, package uptake, campaign efficiency and revenue contribution.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve ROI, adoption, revenue performance and future campaign planning.
- Build repeatable playbooks, SOPs and reporting mechanisms to help monetisation initiatives scale effectively.
- Support quarterly and annual planning by contributing to monetisation roadmaps, success metrics and business cases for future investment.

Experience/Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, monetisation, growth strategy, performance marketing, advertising, revenue operations, consulting or a related internet business function.
- Proven experience owning complex business initiatives end to end, ideally involving monetisation programmes, campaign commercialisation, ad products, seller growth or platform revenue projects.
- Strong commercial thinking, with the ability to connect business goals, merchant incentives, user experience and platform economics.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to size opportunities, define targets, evaluate ROI and influence business decisions.
- Advanced Excel skills are required. SQL or similar analytical capability would be highly beneficial.
- Clear communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across local and regional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Data or a related field.
