Responsibilities
The UK Campaign and marketing team owns major commercial moments across TikTok Shop UK. Within this setup, the Campaign Monetization function is responsible for building scalable monetization models around campaign traffic and merchant demand, ensuring commercial growth is measurable, repeatable, and operationally sustainable.
You will need strong commercial judgment, structured problem solving, and hands-on analytical capability. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, translating ambiguous business goals into clear monetization plans, and aligning a wide group of stakeholders to deliver measurable Ads and revenue outcomes.
This role sits at the intersection of campaign strategy, merchant monetization, product capability, and business operations. You will work closely with Platform and Brand Campaigns, Product, Commercial, Industry, Marketing, Data, Finance, and regional stakeholders to turn campaign moments into scalable revenue opportunities.
About the Role
As a Campaign Monetization TPA, you will own the strategy and execution of monetization initiatives across TikTok Shop UK platform campaigns, with a clear focus on campaign monetization scope. This includes building and scaling initiatives such as ShopAds packages, Brand Amplification Programme (BAP), and future monetization programs, while establishing the budget management, ROI attribution, and performance measurement frameworks needed for long-term growth.
You will need strong commercial judgment, structured problem solving, and hands-on analytical capability. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, translating ambiguous business goals into clear monetization plans, and aligning a wide group of stakeholders to deliver measurable Ads and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end monetization strategy for campaign commercial initiatives, turning campaign traffic and merchant demand into scalable revenue opportunities.
- Drive planning and execution for key non-IP monetization programs, including ShopAds package strategy, BAP expansion, and new campaign monetization pilots, from concept design through launch and post-campaign review.
- Build a clear standalone monetization target framework, including revenue goals, ROI measurement, attribution logic, operating cadence, and scale-up criteria.
- Partner with Product and business teams to improve monetization capabilities, increasing package flexibility, merchant applicability, operational efficiency, and overall adoption.
- Define merchant segmentation, value proposition, and GTM approach for monetization programs, and work with commercial and industry teams to improve merchant recruitment, conversion, and retention.
- Establish structured budget governance and spend-efficiency management, including weekly tracking, monthly review, and performance diagnostics across investment, return, and commercial impact.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on monetization performance, merchant behavior, package uptake, campaign efficiency, and revenue contribution; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Build repeatable playbooks, SOPs, and reporting mechanisms, so campaign monetization can scale beyond one-off initiatives and become a durable growth engine.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Campaigns, Commercial, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to ensure strong execution quality, risk control, and decision transparency.
- Support annual and quarterly planning by shaping monetization roadmap, resourcing needs, success metrics, and business cases for future investments.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, monetization, growth strategy, performance marketing, ads business, revenue operations, consulting, or related internet business functions.
- Proven experience owning complex business initiatives end to end, ideally including monetization programs, campaign commercialization, ad products, seller growth, or platform revenue projects.
- Strong commercial thinking with the ability to connect business goals, merchant incentives, user experience, and platform economics.
- Excellent analytical skills; comfortable using data to size opportunities, define targets, evaluate ROI, and influence decisions. Advanced Excel is required; SQL or equivalent analytical capability is strongly preferred.
- Strong structured problem-solving skills with the ability to turn ambiguous goals into actionable frameworks, operating mechanisms, and clear execution plans.
- Clear communication skills in English, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across local and regional teams.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Data, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in social commerce, marketplace platforms, advertising products, merchant strategy, or campaign monetization.
- Familiarity with the UK e-commerce ecosystem and local merchant or brand landscape.
- Experience building dashboards, attribution frameworks, budget management routines, or operational playbooks for scaled business teams.
- Experience working in high-growth internet companies such as leading e-commerce, marketplace, or digital advertising platforms.
- Demonstrated success working across multiple stakeholders without direct authority in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
