Hiring Note
This role is designed for London, UK, and focuses on campaign monetization within TikTok Shop UK. The scope is intentionally defined as all campaign monetization works.
About the Role
As a Campaign Monetization TPA, you will own the strategy and execution of monetization initiatives across TikTok Shop UK platform campaigns, with a clear focus on campaign monetization scope. This includes building and scaling initiatives such as ShopAds packages, Brand Amplification Programme (BAP), and future monetization programs, while establishing the budget management, ROI attribution, and performance measurement frameworks needed for long-term growth.
You will need strong commercial judgment, structured problem solving, and hands-on analytical capability. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, translating ambiguous business goals into clear monetization plans, and aligning a wide group of stakeholders to deliver measurable Ads and revenue outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end monetization strategy for campaign commercial initiatives, turning campaign traffic and merchant demand into scalable revenue opportunities.
- Drive planning and execution for key non-IP monetization programs, including ShopAds package strategy, BAP expansion, and new campaign monetization pilots, from concept design through launch and post-campaign review.
- Build a clear standalone monetization target framework, including revenue goals, ROI measurement, attribution logic, operating cadence, and scale-up criteria.
- Partner with Product and business teams to improve monetization capabilities, increasing package flexibility, merchant applicability, operational efficiency, and overall adoption.
- Define merchant segmentation, value proposition, and GTM approach for monetization programs, and work with commercial and industry teams to improve merchant recruitment, conversion, and retention.
- Establish structured budget governance and spend-efficiency management, including weekly tracking, monthly review, and performance diagnostics across investment, return, and commercial impact.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on monetization performance, merchant behavior, package uptake, campaign efficiency, and revenue contribution; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Build repeatable playbooks, SOPs, and reporting mechanisms, so campaign monetization can scale beyond one-off initiatives and become a durable growth engine.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Campaigns, Commercial, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Data teams to ensure strong execution quality, risk control, and decision transparency.
- Support annual and quarterly planning by shaping monetization roadmap, resourcing needs, success metrics, and business cases for future investments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
